We Started the project on the year 2012-2018 and again on 2023-Till date and running Power Grid Manpower Services involves the strategic coordination and management of skilled professionals who are responsible for maintaining and operating the power grid infrastructure. This project would encompass the recruitment, training, and deployment of electrical engineers, technicians, control room operators, and support staff. The objective is to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted power supply by effectively managing the workforce that operates and maintains the power grid, including substations, transmission lines, and distribution networks. The project would also focus on safety, compliance with industry standards, and the integration of new technologies to meet the evolving demands of the energy sector.

Key Components:

Manpower Sourcing and Recruitment:

·        Identify and recruit skilled professionals with expertise in various domains such as electrical engineering, grid management, maintenance, and administration.

·        Utilize comprehensive screening processes to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

Training and Development:

·        Provide specialized training programs to enhance the technical skills, knowledge, and safety awareness of deployed manpower.

·        Conduct regular workshops and skill development sessions to keep personnel updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Deployment and Management:

·        Deploy manpower resources efficiently to meet the staffing requirements of power system operations, including grid monitoring, maintenance, and administrative support.

·        Assign dedicated supervisors to oversee the performance and conduct of deployed personnel, ensuring adherence to operational standards and client requirements.

Safety Assurance:
