Another project started on the year 2018-2020 was POSOCO (Power System Operation Corporation Limited) Manpower Services project focuses on providing skilled and efficient manpower solutions to meet the operational demands of the power sector. With a commitment to reliability, safety, and professionalism, the project aims to fulfil staffing requirements across various domains within the power industry.

Key Components:

Manpower Sourcing and Recruitment:

·        Identify and recruit skilled professionals with expertise in various domains such as electrical engineering, grid management, maintenance, and administration.

·        Utilize comprehensive screening processes to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

Training and Development:

·        Provide specialized training programs to enhance the technical skills, knowledge, and safety awareness of deployed manpower.
